Instructions

  1. Add the sugar and water to a small sauce pot along with the rosemary and thyme and bring to a boil. Stir constantly until the sugar is dissolved and set aside to cool. The longer you leave the herbs in the syrup, the more intense the flavor will be. 
  2. To a cocktail shaker, add the vodka, Mezzetta® Pitted Italian Castelvetrano Olive brine, lemon juice and rosemary simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for at least 30 seconds. 
  3. Pour the mixture into a champagne flute or coupe glass and add the prosecco. Garnish with a Mezzetta® Pitted Italian Castelvetrano Olive skewered with a rosemary sprig before serving.
