Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via UPS and will be calculated by package weight and distance. Most orders are shipped UPS ground, with the exception of non-mainland locations (Hawaii, Alaska etc.).

We're also proud to offer shipping to our military personnel abroad. We ship all APO and FPO orders via USPS. Since these orders require special handling, please call our online store Consumer Shipping Desk to place an order by telephone. At that time we can quote you the shipping charges or return your call with the shipping charges.

Orders generally leave our factory in California within 2-3 business days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment with your UPS tracking number once your products have shipped. If you have not received your order within two weeks, please contact our Order Desk at the contact information below.

Returns and refunds policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Mezzetta purchase, we want to make it right. Please reach out to our customer service team to help you. We do not accept returns on products once they have been shipped. If you have any questions about our return policy, please don't hesitate to contact us. Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Mezzetta.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
