Part Aperol Spritz, part Negroni, part Martini with a bit of a Sicilian twist, we’re calling this our Aperonitini! Made with our Mezzetta® Pitted Italian Castelvetrano Olives, this cocktail is perfect poolside or ringing in the New Year.


Makes 1 serving 1x 2x 4x


  1. To a cocktail shaker, add the gin, Aperol, olive brine, bitters and ice to fill. Place on the lid and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  2. Divide the mixture between 2 champagne flutes and add the sparkling white wine to fill. Garnish with a skewer of Mezzetta® Pitted Italian Castelvetrano Olives and serve.
  3. Enjoy!
