Making a simple syrup with the brine from our jalapenos is a flavor hack waiting to take over the cocktail world! Or in this case, mocktail world! A sweet, tart and spicy pitcher of this cranberry-lime concoction is perfect to put out for spring or summer and the best part is, everyone can enjoy it! If you’d like to spike it for an adults only party, this also makes an amazing boozy punch!

Makes 6 servings 1x 2x 4x

  1. To make the simple syrup, add all the ingredients to a medium sauce pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until all the sugar has dissolved. Allow the syrup to cool to room temperature, remove the jalapeno slices and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. For more heat, use our MezzettaÒ Hot Sliced Jalapenos.
  2. In a large pitcher, add the cranberry juice, limeade, fresh lime juice and jalapeno simple syrup. If making ahead of time, chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  3. Fill a glass with ice and pour the cranberry-lime mixture halfway up the glass. Top the rest with club soda and garnish with a lime wheel before serving.
  4. Enjoy!
