These homemade Parmesan Crisps are savory, crispy bites elevated with the buttery richness of Mezzetta Castelvetrano Olives. Perfect as a snack, salad topper, or cocktail-hour nibble, they come together in minutes with just a few ingredients.
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 1/4 cup Pitted Italian Castelvetrano Olives roughly chopped
- Freshly ground black pepper optional
- Crushed red pepper flakes optional to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, toss the grated Parmesan with the chopped Castelvetrano olives.
- Spoon heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Gently flatten into small rounds to about 2½ inches wide.
- Transfer to the oven to bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the edges are golden and lacy. Keep a close eye as they tend to cook fast!
- Cool completely on the baking sheet to let them crisp up. Optionally, sprinkle with black pepper and red pepper flakes while still warm.
- Serve as a snack, salad topper, or alongside a charcuterie board.
