Elevate your summer lemonade with this fiery, yet smooth cocktail! Don’t like it too spicy? Try this cocktail using our Sliced Tamed Jalapenos. Either way, you cant go wrong!

Ingredients

Makes 1 cocktail 1x 2x 4x
  • 6 Sliced Hot Jalapeño Peppers plus more to garnish
  • 1.5 ounces (3 tablespoons) bourbon
  • 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) triple sec
  • 3 ounces (6 tablespoons) store bought or homemade lemonade
  • Lemon flavored sparkling water to finish
  • Lemon wedge to garnish

Instructions

  1. To a cocktail shaker, add the Mezzetta® Hot Sliced Jalapeño slices and muddle until they have released their juices. Add the bourbon, triple sec, lemonade and ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. 
  2. Strain the cocktail into a tall Collin's glass filled with ice. Finish with the lemon-flavored sparkling water and garnish with a lemon wheel and few slices of jalapeño before serving. 
  3. Enjoy!
