A timeless gin martini, stirred ice-cold and served up, finds its perfect salty-smooth balance with rich gorgonzola-stuffed Castelvetrano style olives. Crisp, aromatic, and indulgently briny, it’s the ultimate upgrade on the classic cocktail.
- 3 ounces gin
- 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
- Ice
- 3 Italian Gorgonzola Stuffed Castelvetrano Olives to garnish
Instructions
1. Add the gin, vermouth and ice to a cocktail shaker and stir (or shake) for 30 seconds until chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with 3 Mezzetta Italian Gorgonzola Stuffed Castelvetrano Style Olives on a skewer to garnish.
