- 1 ball pizza dough store bought or homemade
- for greasing
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Calabrian Pepper Sauce
- 1/2 cup Artisan Ingredients® Basil Pesto
- 1 ball of burrata torn
- 1/4 cup Sliced Castelvetrano Olives
- 4-5 slices prosciutto
- Fresh basil leaves to garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Clean and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into your desired shape. You can make it round, rectangular, or any shape that fits your grill. Aim for about ¼ inch thickness.
- Lightly brush one side of the pizza dough with olive oil to prevent sticking. Carefully place the oiled side of the dough directly onto the preheated grill grates.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown and grill marks form. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning. Once the bottom is cooked, use tongs to flip the dough over onto the grill. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes and remove from the grill.
- Spread the Mezzetta Basil Pesto evenly over the grilled pizza dough and add the burrata, Mezzetta Sliced Castelvetrano Olives, prosciutto and fresh basil over the pesto.
- Drizzle all over with the hot Calabrian honey before serving.
- Enjoy!
