Our Mezzetta® Maraschino Cherries bring a little extra sweetness to this classic cocktail. Shake one up this weekend and enjoy!

Ingredients

Makes 1 serving 1x 2x 4x

2 ounces rye, bourbon or whiskey
1 ounce sweet vermouth
1/2 ounce Maraschino Cherries Without Stems juice
2 dashes angostura bitters
2 dashes cherry bitters optional
3 Maraschino Cherries Without Stems to garnish

Instructions

To a cocktail shaker filled with ice add the bourbon, sweet vermouth, Mezzetta® Maraschino Cherry juice, angostura bitters and cherry bitters, if using. Stir for 15-20 seconds until the glass begins to sweat and the cocktail is well chilled.
Strain into a chilled stemmed glass, either a coupe or a martini glass, and garnish with Mezzetta® Maraschino Cherries.*
