- 2 large ripe avocados, pitted and scooped from skin
- 2 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1/3 cup diced Mezzetta Deli-Sliced Tamed Jalapeño Peppers
- Squeeze of fresh lime juice, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Mash the avocado in a mixing bowl. Mix in the next 5 ingredients. Serve with chips!
