- 2 large ripe avocados, pitted and scooped from skin
- 2 tbsp onion, minced
- 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1/3 cup Mezzetta® Sliced Tamed Jalapeño Peppers, diced
- squeeze of fresh lime juice, to taste
- salt and pepper, to taste
Mash the avocado in a mixing bowl. Mix in the next 5 ingredients. Serve with chips!
