- 3 tablespoons diced pancetta
- ½ package (18 oz.) gnocchi
- ½ jar (16.25 oz.) Mezzetta Caramelized Onion & Butter Sauce (about 1 cup)
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
Heat skillet over medium heat; cook pancetta, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 8 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Remove from the pan and drain on a paper towel.
Cook gnocchi according to package directions. Meanwhile, add sauce and cream to skillet; bring to simmer over medium heat. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Drain gnocchi; toss with sauce to coat. Stir in chives. Top with pancetta.
Option: For an even more decadent dish, top with crumbled goat cheese.
