Italian Mix Giardiniera Mild

We combine locally grown California vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, celery, pickles and red bell peppers) with onions and Greek peppers to make our Italian Mix Giardiniera Mild. These pickled vegetables add the perfect crunch, color and visual interest to any number of dishes. It's also great as a nutritious between-meal snack.
