Makes 8 servings 1x 2x 4x
  • 8 slices prosciutto cut in half widthwise
  • 16 Grilled Artichoke Hearts drained
  • Decorative toothpicks or small skewers
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling


  1. Wrap each Mezzetta® Grilled Artichoke Heart in a piece of prosciutto and skewer with a decorative toothpick.
  2. Transfer to a serving platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
