Garlic Stuffed Olive Knots
A delicious spin on the classic garlic knot. Homemade or store-bought pizza dough is gently wrapped around our Garlic Stuffed Olives, baked to perfection, and then delicately brushed with our delicious Artisan Ingredients® Basil Pesto. It’s the perfect party appetizer for garlic lovers everywhere!
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a floured surface, roll your pizza dough out into a large rectangle, 12 inches wide by 9 inches long. Cut 10, 1–2-inch strips of dough lengthwise and cut the rectangle of dough in half width wise creating 20 strips total.
- Place 1 Mezzetta® Garlic Stuffed Olive in the middle of each strip of dough, cross the dough in front of the olive and wrap the ends around, pressing to seal. Repeat with the remaining strips of dough and olives.
- Place the knots on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and brush all over with the Artisan Ingredients® Basil Pesto. Transfer to the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Brush with more pesto before serving.
