- 4 cups leftover stuffing such as Mezzetta Roasted Red Pepper Giardiniera Stuffing
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Leftover cranberry sauce such as Mezzetta Jalapeno Cranberry Sauce, for serving
- Leftover gravy for serving

Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the stuffing, eggs and stock and mix until combined and softened.
- Spray a preheated waffle maker with nonstick cooking spray and add a few spoonful’s of the stuffing mixture and spread to cover.
- Close the lid on your waffle maker and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Repeat with the remaining stuffing mixture.
- Serve warm with a dollop of leftover cranberry sauce and a drizzle of leftover gravy.
