Ingredients

Makes 4 waffles 1x 2x 4x
  • 4 cups leftover stuffing such as Mezzetta Roasted Red Pepper Giardiniera Stuffing
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • Leftover cranberry sauce such as Mezzetta Jalapeno Cranberry Sauce, for serving
  • Leftover gravy for serving
  • SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Waffle Maker

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add the stuffing, eggs and stock and mix until combined and softened.
  2. Spray a preheated waffle maker with nonstick cooking spray and add a few spoonful’s of the stuffing mixture and spread to cover.
  3. Close the lid on your waffle maker and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Repeat with the remaining stuffing mixture.
  4. Serve warm with a dollop of leftover cranberry sauce and a drizzle of leftover gravy.
