Jalapeño Lime Margarita

  • 1 (12 oz.)  can frozen limeade concentrate
  • 1 c. tequila
  • ¼ c. triple sec
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Salt for rim
  • 4-6 c. Ice, depending how slushy you like it
  • 1 jar (16 oz.) Mezzetta Tamed or Hot Jalapenos, plus brine


Combine all ingredients, except for the jalapenos, into a blender.  Blend until smooth.  Add a splash of jalapeño brine to taste and blend again. Pour into a rimmed glass with salt and garnish with a lime wedge and jalapeño ring.
