- 10 slices Mezzetta® Sliced Hot Cherry Peppers
- 1/3 cup reserved cherry puree (from the Cherry Roasted Pear Salad)
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 tsp garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Finely mince the Mezzetta® Sliced Hot Cherry Peppers.
In a bowl, combine all of the above ingredients and whisk until well incorporated.
Serve with the Cherry Roasted Pear Salad.
