Beer Bratwurst with Peppers & Onions

In a large skillet, on medium high heat, add olive oil to coat the pan. 

Add sliced onions and cook, stirring frequently until soft and golden. 

Add bratwurst and beer and simmer for about 10 minutes. 

Add the peppers and cook 1 minute to heat through. 

Prepare the sandwiches by topping each pretzel bun with one bratwurst, mustard, and 1/4 of the onion/pepper mixture.
