Ingredients

Makes 1 Servings 1x 2x 4x
  • 2 ounces mezcal
  • 1 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounces brine
  • 2 ounces grapefruit juice
  • Ice
  • Club Soda to fill
  • 3 to garnish
  • 1 lime wedge to garnish
  • Cocktail Shaker

Instructions

  1. To a cocktail shaker, add the mezcal, lime juice, Mezzetta® Regional Recipes Spanish Smoked Paprika Olive brine, grapefruit juice and ice. Cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  2. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice and top with club soda to fill. Garnish with a Mezzetta® Regional Recipes Spanish Smoked Paprika Olive and a grapefruit wedge.
  3. Enjoy!
