All orders are shipped via UPS and will be calculated by package weight and distance. Most orders are shipped UPS ground, with the exception of non-mainland locations (Hawaii, etc.) which will be shipped via 2-day air.

Orders generally leave our factory in California the next business day, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment with your UPS tracking number once your products have shipped. If you have not received your order within two weeks, please contact our Customer Service Department at the contact information below.
