Is your site secure?

For your protection, our site uses a 128-bit encrypted SSL connection during the payment process to ensure that your credit card information will not be compromised during transmittal. On our Secure Payment Form, you will notice a padlock shaped icon at the bottom of your browser window which verifies that the connection to our site is secure. Credit card information is processed using Verisign’s secure transaction processing software. If you have any questions or concerns about security, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service Department, or place your order by phone.

What do you do with my information?

At G.L. Mezzetta Inc. we value our customers privacy very highly. We will not sell or give out your email under any circumstances. We keep our customers shipping and email addresses on record for future transactions, but for your security we do not keep your credit card information on file, so you will need to re-input your credit information each time you shop.

How will I know that my order went through?

Our online ordering system will now send an itemized order confirmation e-mail following your order. If the order appears to be incorrect, or you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours, please contact our online customer service department.

Is there a way to know if my order has been shipped?

All orders are shipped via UPS. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment with your UPS tracking number once your products have shipped.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes we do. Due to handling and packaging costs we require a minimum order of $20.00 net before freight charges.

What if I want to order a larger size than what is available on your site?

Mezzetta offers hundreds of products in many different size options. If you would like to order a product or quantity that you do not see on our site, please contact our Customer Service Department by phone or email to enquire about a special order, or a retail location near you.

I saw a Mezzetta product in store that I can’t find it on your site, is it still available?

Here at Mezzetta, we have literally hundreds of products available. We chose to feature our best-sellers online for the time being, but we will be adding more products all the time. If you are looking for a particular product, and can’t find it on our site, that doesn’t mean it’s not available! Please contact our customer service to order it over the phone, or to find a retail location near you.
