ingredients
- 2 bunches of fresh asparagus, trimmed and cleaned
- 3 Tbsp. Mezzetta® Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 4 Tbsp. Mezzetta® Chimichurri Sandwich Spread
preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place cleaned and trimmed asparagus on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and toss for a light coating on all of the asparagus. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Roast asparagus in the oven for 10-15 minutes until tender crisp. Toss the asparagus in the Chimichurri sauce immediately after it’s pulled from the oven with tongs.
Serve hot or room temp.
