- 1/8 c. & 1 Tbsp. Mezzetta® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 6 ripe mangos, peeled and diced
- 1/2 c. white onion, diced
- 1/4 tsp. tamarind paste
- 1 Mezzetta® Habanero Pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. Mezzetta® Jalapenos, chopped
- 1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt

Saute the onion with the olive oil. Cool the onions. Dice the mango, add the remainting ingredients and puree until smooth.
Serve as an appetizer with tortilla chips or along side your bbq favorites.
