ingredients
- 2 lbs ground lamb or beef
- 2/3 jar Mezzetta® Feta Stuffed Olives
- 1/8 c. chopped fresh dill
- 1 fresh tomato
- 1 jar Mezzetta® Sun-Ripened Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil
- 1 jar Mezzett®a Roasted Yellow & Red Peppers
- 6 oz. feta cheese
- 6 Hamburger buns

preparation
Puree 2/3 of the jar of feta stuffed olives.
Combine the ground lamb, olive puree and the fresh dill.
Form into patties and preheat your grill to high heat.
Portions the lamb into 6 patties and place them on the grill .
Cook for 8 minutes per side.
To serve the burger, layer the fresh sliced tomato, feta cheese, roasted yellow peppers and top it with the lamb burger.
To finish the burger top with sun dried tomatoes and slices of the remaining feta stuffed olives.
