Jalapeno Jam Stuffed Banana Peppers

ingredients

• 8 ounce block softened cream cheese
• 1-10 ounce Jar Old Fashioned Kozlowski Farms Jalapeno Jam
• 1- 16 ounce Jar Mezzetta® Sweet Banana Wax Peppers

preparation

Combine the softened cream cheese with the Old Fashioned Kozlowski Farms Jalapeno Jam, stir smooth and place in refrigerator to chill for about an hour.

Slice Banana Peppers in half leaving the stem on one half, scoop out, discard the inner seeds and veins of peppers, and arrange Banana Pepper halves on a serving platter.

In a quart size plastic zip bag spoon in the cream cheese and Jalapeno Jam mixture. From the bottom of plastic bag cut off one corner, about 1/4 inch for mixture to squeeze out of bag easily and fill each half of Wax Pepper with the Jalapeno Jam mixture.
