- 8 c. spring mix or salad greens
- ½ c. Mezzetta® Peperoncini & Feta Sandwich Spread
- ¼ c. Mezzetta® Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ c. Mezzetta® Pitted Kalamata Olives, halved and drained
- ½ c. Mezzetta® Golden Greek Peperoncini, drained
- 1-2 tomatoes, large diced
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
Place clean and washed greens into a large bowl.
Mix together the pepperoncini & feta sandwich spread with the extra virgin olive oil. Add the dressing to the salad greens and toss to coat.
Add the kalamata olives, peperoncinis, diced tomatoes and red onion to the salad.
Enjoy as an accompaniment to dinner or make a larger salad and add shredded rotisserie chicken for an entrée.
