ingredients
- 1 C. Mezzetta® Green Garlic Olives (drained)
- 1 C. Mezzetta® Artichoke Hearts (drained)
- 1 C. slivered almonds
- 1/2 tsp. Mezzetta® Crushed Garlic
- 3 anchovies
- 1/2 C. Mezzetta® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 C. flat leaf parsley

preparation
Combine all of the above ingredients in a food processor except the olive oil. Mix for one minute. In a slow and steady stream add the olive oil and process until well blended, 1-2 minutes. Serve with your favorite pita chips of veggies for a great appetizer.
